P&L flowers take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products, there is no exact science to predict exactly how long our flowers will last. In addition to flowers being fragile and perishable products, there are many variables that can impact on their longevity. They will react to their immediate indoor environment (eg. air conditioning and heating) and external weather conditions (such as extreme heat). Once our product is dispatched for delivery, a number of changes in their surroundings may also result in reduced longevity that is out of control.

Our policy lasts 24 hours of receiving your flowers. If 24 hours have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange . All requests must be emailed to info@plflowerhouse.com.au

If Cancelling an order the following conditions apply 

Please Note: ALL cancellations will incur an Administration and/or Processing fee. Please read our Cancellation Terms below.

Cancellations received within LESS THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of 40% of the total order value.

Cancellations received with MORE THAN 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled delivery date will incur a fee of $20.00 per order.

Unfortunately, for all orders that processed are unable to cancel orders, or are with our courier for delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging/vase / box as received in.
